So, I've been reading about this sports complex that is in the works in McHenry county. from what i understand, this is going to be wonderful for the community!
its going to create many new jobs. With an unemployment rate in Illinois pushing 10%, I believe this will be a welcomed step in the right direction!
it will provide the kids with a safe place to "hang out" and promote healthy habits like sports. Kids that are engaged in positive activities, are not being self destructive by doing drugs!
the "Miracle Field" will be the second in the entire state of Illinois. From what I have read, this field has been designed specifically with children with physical and/or mental disabilities in mind. The field is going to have "EverTop surface" so that children in wheelchairs and walkers can play baseball on the field! What a great way to bring all the kids in the community together!
